CryptoShift is an affiliate marketing website operated by CryptoShift (Pty) Ltd (Registration No: 2026/200476/07). We provide educational crypto content and facilitate access to ChangeNOW's non-custodial crypto exchange service. We do not hold, custody, or process any cryptocurrency or fiat funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using CryptoShift you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on CryptoShift constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk including the possible loss of your entire investment. 5. Third Party Exchange Service

Crypto swaps on CryptoShift are processed by ChangeNOW, an independent third party service. CryptoShift is not responsible for swap execution, transaction fees, delays, or errors by ChangeNOW. Use of ChangeNOW's service is subject to their own terms and conditions available at changenow.io.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CryptoShift for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law
• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CryptoShift including text, graphics, logos, and code is the property of CryptoShift (Pty) Ltd or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CryptoShift is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, CryptoShift (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including any losses arising from crypto transactions processed through ChangeNOW.

10. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations arising from crypto transactions in your jurisdiction. In South Africa, SARS requires declaration of crypto asset gains. CryptoShift does not provide tax advice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
